2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your book.
• Physical books must be returned in reasonable condition to our Australian distribution center.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email address used during checkout) must be provided.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or with printing defects, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement copy at zero additional cost to you.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
